u can also craft commander set as long as u have the blueprints for that. these enemies drop the entire set so thats why i ve decided to get from them and not crafting instead.
Well if select an equipment or accessories, at the bottom right corner, you see how many upgrade stone you can equip on that item (Up to 3 upgrade stones at max), just select your upgrade stone, press "use" and select the item you want to equip the upgrade stone

Dude its simple, if a monster/mid boss/whatever drops a set piece then this means he mean to drop all pieces for all char
Bro u can also get sets in mini bosses
