- This is a Wind-up done on Irish Radio's Cork 96 FM a few years back.
It genuine and must be the funniest thing I ever heard!
Its about telling a west cork farmer he must get a dog license. The man is irate and claims that he has no dogs, then one barks in the background. Hilarious! - ตลก

How is he faking the accent? The reason Jason from Sminky Shorts uses that accent is because it's how a lot of people in North and West Cork speak. I know loads of people who speak like your man does. I've got quite a strong West Cork accent myself Surely if he was winding Mulcahy up, he would have started speaking in his natural voice afterwards. I suppose he was faking it in the follow up that was done later too?
