Hi Emma I am so excited for you and your husband. Try not to get too anxious which I know is difficult when you are facing the unknown. You will be so well supported that when you look back you will realise the midwives and doctors just led you by the hand in the best possible way. If you are worried about having so much stuff to pack for myself I packed two of everything and left another packed bag at home that if I needed it could be fetched in. I recommend a pram suit or cardigan to come home in and I recommend a blanket for you to make you comfortable sleep in hospital stay because hospital bed is uncomfortable and pack snacks and drinks for you and your partner in the hospital stay and I recommend a light dressing gown to cover up in hospital and body cream to moisturise your body after birth is essential must have for postpartum essential to pack in your hospital bag is cooling ice packs and cooling tucks pads And big disposable nappies is hospital must haves and I recommend a pregnancy pillow to make you more comfortable in hospital stay

I recommend for baby hospital bag is to pack 3 bibs are essential for spilt up and sick and pack of dummies to soothe baby in hospital stay and I recommend a to pack a arrange of swaddle and swaddling sleeping sack because you don’t know what your baby likes the best
