Does it have an illuminate reticle? If yes, how do you turn it on? Thank you!

I bought the Burris Veracity PH Gen 1, 4-20x50 riflescope for my new custom rifle but my custom action has 15 moa built into the two, (part of the action), picatinny mounts. Cannot use the Veracity PH scopes unless you have 0 moato mount.
