This episode on Creative Cooking we’re roasting some fish over wood fire stuff with nopal cactus in aluminum foil. I also saw one of my supporters and he gave me a Conger Eel to prepare. This eel have a super slimy skin with a-lot of meat, the meat also have a-lot of small bones in it, never the less this fish meat is absolutely amazing.
A lot of people in Jamaica uses the Nopal Cactus to wash there hair or soak it in water then drink it for different health benefits. But this cactus is actually a very famous meal in other countries especially in Mexico. People in Mexico use this with a wide scale of dishes such as with fish, chicken even by it self!
