7:00 That is when they demolished the Georgia Dome in Atlanta (2017). The Weather Channel (also in Atlanta) set up a camera shot hours in advance, and the MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) bus blocked it. Now do you see why we can't handle public transport in this country? 😂 There are tons of memes of something really important happening and the MARTA Bus blocks it at just the wrong time. Hilarious!
When I was in high school I did some work at the local radio station as part of my journalism class. There was a fair in town and when we tried to read the story we messed up. The boy reading the story tried to say 'Frito the frisbee catching dog but for some reason he said "Frito the frisbee fu$#ing dog...OH MY GOD UH CATCHING! CATCHING DOG!" I was laughing too hard to pick up the next story and we had to go to commercial. He was mortified and said "I don't know why I said that..." I said "Ah, it's local and early maybe no one heard it..." Yeah, I was wrong, seconds later the phones started ringing. LOL

XD sometimes big cats do venture further south than they're meant to, we had one get swept down from a hurricane one year & heard it in the woods crying out for a few nights before it finally got picked up and relocated back to its territory. kinda scary but pretty cool.
At 12:49 the newsman is laughing so hard because the pig's name is crispy bacon, and he has no hind legs visible so it looks like the owners have been enjoying the bacon in the pig's hamhocks and are eating him one leg at a time!

The obsessive out in the elements weather coverage actually is rather mundane. Sometimes its silly, the team report around the same city covering a big storm. Sometimes they exaggerate the weather for some kind of effect. They use forced perspective to make flooding look serious. Then I saw a guy acting likecthe wind was blowing him over while behind him two skinny teenagers were just walking along.
Heyyyy. One of those clips are from my hometown and close to where I live now. The Springfield one where a weird monster was walking in snow behind reporter....
