That's its.....im getting one!! I don't care if it isn't easily portable! I just love the speed and range!! Beats the electric uni-wheel as far as I'm concerned!
Main concept is access you can ride on any where any place if behaviour is safe. If you don't behave aggressive no body will understand it is a beast on a scate.
I really love the scooter, but unfortunally I bought ZERO 8X, I can't afford Dualtron III or Dualtron Thunder, but maybe in the future I will and maybe they will come up with a much higher one that I can buy if I save enough to buy it. You guys were great out there, I can almost feel that I'm there with you going really fast as you scooter your way on the street, thanks guys, I really enjoy the ride as I'm watching you. have lots of fun guys.
The best thing about mini motors is how quiet their Hub Motors are. My Speedway IV Pro is so quiet and pretty torquey for a 600 watt motor. I don't think you could go wrong with any model that they sell. It all comes down to speed and range.
Insane...Insane...Insane .... that's good by the way , i'm an electric scooter rider for two years now, i commute to work, charge it at work, go home...the amount of money i have saved by not using public transport or car is ridiculous ...and why i have a beaming smile on my face, so much fun !
Too much freedom it is a technology revolution. Variable speed riding capability is the main game changing revolution you can ride as slow as 5mph at footpath and up to 60mph at roads you cannot do it with a bicycle.
How fast can you brake on these? If you brake too quickly, do you go over the handlebars, or is the weight distribution such that that is not normally an issue?
If u upgrade the brakes u can stop pretty fast. The thing is to know how to use both brakes and not to use just the front and grab so hard where u would fly over the bars.
Hey Fellas, That looked like an amazing ride! Do you still have a route map? I'd really like to try that ride one day myself. Thanks for the great video! Have Fun & Stay Safe😁👍🏼
Nice toys fellas!!! I just bought me one such toy but it’s not a Dualtron unfortunately!!.. Since this is my first electric scooter ever, I went with something more subtle. I bought a brand new Kaabo Skywalker 8S for $750 with free shipping directly to my house in 7 days! I bought it from Kreomotors.com The scooter is excellent and much more than I’ve anticipated!! These 800watts ain’t no joke dear newbies out there looking for a first time thrill yet doubting your purchase thinking the power isn’t enough to handle your weight or those San Francisco hills... Well, I’m not from S. Francisco, but from New York City. And let me tell you...we have out here some hills that roughly imitate the ones in S. Anyway you guys, enjoy whichever scooter y’all got, cuz they’re all good and unique in their own special way. Ride safe
Hi great video..im just 300 pounds..with my weight how far will one of these go ..miles wise plesse im interested in getting one one ur input will b very helpful..plus im in the uk dont c many like them ovet ere thanks
Hello Gladstone. Every model is different as far as weight is concerned. For instance the Dualtron Ultra has a max weight limit of 265. Not to say that it cant handle more weight but from the manufacturer I guess the safe limit they capped at 265. A bigger model for instance the Dualtron X is capped at 330 which would make it much more suitable for u. Of course the price is more and the scooter itself weighs more. It weighs 140 lbs compared to 80 lbs for the Ultra. The X will def go much further then the Ultra because it has a bigger battery. Mileage is hard to give an exact number because there are so many variables, user weight, terrain, weather, how long the user is at full speed, etc. but a rough estimate I would say around 40 to 50 miles per charge give or take. As the battery gets older like any other electric pev u might see a slight drop in miles per charge but that is the nature of the beast. Hope this info helps u out and good luck!
Yes, illegal. As are the smaller scooters. But I obey all laws and in 1000+ miles never been stopped. Most important, for today and for future, is respect traffic laws, give way to pedestrians and rights of other vehicles . Don't be like the delivery morons going wrong way against traffic in bike lanes and on streets. Very dangerous and bad PR for future acceptance. We are ambassadors for future transport.
Badass what website did you order them from? I live in brooklyn I'd def ride with you guys I currently have an electric scooter and 3 electric skateboards.
@@tallswede80 Very possible. Battery might be a tad heavy to carry in a backpack tho. It would be a matter of undoing the 10 allen key bolts on the deck and pulling the wire out of the connector and swapping batteries. A lot of people mostly add an additional battery in a battery bag and attach it to the stem of the scooter. There is a built in connector near the front to add on aux batteries so it would just be a plug and play thing.
Both have the same motors and batteries and the Ultra weighs approx 80 and Thunder is 95. Both can go approx 50 depending on user weight, road terrain, etc.
I don't know why I'm watching this but, it was cooler then expected since I didn't know machines like this exist. Are they more stable then they look or do you guys just make it look easy like the one-wheel guys?

Hi Lee, if you are still in the market for an electric scooter. Please check us out at www.revrides.com. We stock the ZERO line of scooters and the ZERO 10X is a powerful and great looking scooter. We are based in the USA near Portland Oregon but have been shipping ZERO scooters all over the country. We would be happy to serve you.
wow... Looks like you guys hit the Westchester.... Looking forward for the Long Island trip!!!🤞....How far do they go on one charge?... Did you have to recharge through the stop?..Which is faster, the Thunder or the Ultra? How do you lock them up, when you take a pit stop? Do they fold up for locking, if you ride that to work?
I would say thunder is more powerful but if are Juan on the ultra with his skills and weight he hits 52 easy I hit 50 I'm 15 to 220 lbs heavier. In my opinion from ultra to thunder, it's not worth upgrading
You’re getting a few more things with the Thunder that you don’t with the Ultra (besides a little more power). For example, the ABS braking that allows you to come to a full stop much faster while keeping your tail end from whipping out to either side. Modular wheels allow you to take them apart fairly easy for maintenance. Tubeless tires make fixing flats a breeze. Adjustable suspensions give you 3 levels of height and 5 (optional) cartilage blocks, ranging from soft to hard for more or less ‘bounce’. Foldable handlebars for compact storage. New function improved LCD display with optional fingerprint scanner. Customizable LED lighting on the stem and mood lighting on the bottom of the deck. The front wheel guard design has been improved so it doesn’t hit the wheel when the suspension dips. Better cable management. Dedicated mount for optional light bar just above the front wheel. Included stem lock lets you carry your scooter by the stem when you fold it down making it easier carry and/or lift into a trunk. These are a few of the top of my head.
Obviously not California. We don't have jungle looking places like that. We also don't have traffic lights that are hanging from wires, because ours are nicely placed on sturdy metal poles. I love those E-scooters though!
Depends on how often you ride it and cycle the batteries. Chances are you'll get a full 2-3 years out if the battery pack before battery degradation starts to increase

For the love of Dog, get some Leather gloves.
I'm looking hard on getting a Dualtron scooter but the 15
Mph cap is disturbing. You can get skate boards that go faster.
I have an electric unicycle that's faster. What's your secret please?
You have to unplug both speed limiter wires. They are gray and there's a video on TH-cam how to do it
these speed limiters are showing up on the speedway mini4 and clone models too. I just had to pull one out of my new scooter.
One of riders is not driving a Dualtron. Rather, its called a ST2060 LS7...He has the fastest scooter. Look for the rider in grey outfit.
He is riding an ultra and it's his neighborhood he knows and rides these rodes daily hence why he is the lead but he is the fastest rider in our group and he is light
@@JavierGonzalez-sp9yf About how much faster can a 120 lb rider go compared to a 200 lb rider with the same scooter like these? Would like your opinion. Thanks.
Passing a car on both sides.... learn some roadcraft.
The music sucks! Video ok though...
