Yes NBT! I accidentally found their music back in 2017 through youtube recommendation and I have been a big fan ever since! I really loved Conor's voice, he's amazing. My first ever song I hear from them is "Ban All The Music", you should listen to that too. 🤘

They can do everything honestly, from absolute rock power ballads, to emotional stripped back acoustic tear jerkers, to quirky upbeat guitar driven bops, and they're all done with such class and quality that personally I cannot find a band to rival them right now! You should do live versions where possible (their solitude sessions are AMAZING). Conors voice is another level, he's one of the best vocalists i've ever heard. My fav songs are Particles, real love song, Amsterdam...

Interesting, I came back to this reaction because I have listened to the band some more (didn't realise you reacted to them at the time lol). I still don't care for the retro beat but the band is really good, very interesting 😂
When this was released I thought this was the first song of them that I didn't really like. It's a bit over-processed for me and with a lead-singer that has THAT voice, the distortion feels almost like a crime against humanity. In the meantime the song has grown on me, the chorus is stuck in my head. The good news is that you can only go up from here. This is the 3rd single released from their upcoming 3rd album. As any NBT fan, I really think they cannot make a bad song. Every single thing they create is magic. Even when they cover other songs, they make them their own. And Connor's voice... oh man!
