I found a hidden gem in this video! Such rich, enchanting soundtrack! Absolute masterpiece, deserve so much more attention than it has. The game is the best i could play back in the 90s/00s, and this brings so many old memories and those that i didn’t even have - like a dejavu. The entire music set for all three Legend of Kyrandia games is amazing. This enhancement is beautifully done (but then Alistair always does great work!) I absolutely love the Legend of Kyrandia series (the first being my favorite - I found Brandon's dialogue throughout the game to be so great!), although I feel like Legend of Kyrandia 2 was better designed (no mazes! Less random!) but Legend of Kyrandia 3... and the Cat Island is... a nightmare! I recently finished all three (long play and commentary) on my channel.

I had the same reaction, I couldn't believe there was a synthesized electric guitar version for this game back in the day, I just had common sound blasters, damn
I am afraid the electric guitar is something that has been added as part of the "enhancement" to the soundtrack. Still it is close to the real thing, and the MT-32 is way better than the Sound Blaster back in the day :)
Man this is like SO good, can this be on Spotify? Sadly there is not even the original soundtrack so i made for myself “something” like a playlist reminding Kyrandia vibes out of some fairy/magical sounding (Derek and Brandon Fiechter mainly) but it’s not exactly Kyrandia. I WOULD LOVE to have this opportunity to listen to the exact Kyrandia soundtrack on Spotify. ❤️
Is there any way to get a separate video for just Pool of Sorrow. I want to add this to my horse back riding playlist. I love to run across my pasture jamming out and full speeds!

I think I just had a flashback to a time I never want to go back to.
I will always be amazed by the insane fact that Frank Klepacki was barely 18 years old when this game was released.
Emerald cavern was so visually and aurally amazing when you hit upon it in the cave system for the first time.
Will o wisp was one of those moments as well for me.
This OST is a masterpiece. MT-32 + this and I'm floating in a nostalgic cloud, smiling

I'm certain the Macintosh version I played had a further different track for closing track then most of the videos posted. It had a much slower pace.
