Avoid useless meetings! Automate meeting cancellation with Power Automate

  • The process starts with a recurrent trigger every Monday morning.
    We will request feedback from all the people that need a delivery for our project.
    They will get an email with a link to a SharePoint list where all the deliverables can be found.
    In there they can provide feedback and request that they need or not the meeting.
    A couple days later just a simple reminder will be sent.
    On Thursday morning, we will confirm or cancel the review meeting.
    The logic will be, if a single person requests to have an alignment we will confirm, if not then cancel and move it to the next week.
    At the end of the week, we will archive the feedback for that week, and start the process once again.
