I think that’s the main issue with a lot of South Asian retailers. Customer service is so hit and miss (mostly, a miss) and that, coupled with the ludicrous price tags, makes the shopping experience so difficult. I don’t understand why they fail to compute that poor customer service will inevitably lead to so many LOST sales 🙄. But, on another note, the wedding dress you ended up picking was beyond stunning. Loved the colours, patterns and silhouette! It was so unique yet traditional too. You made a stunning bride. Many many congrats! 🥳
