Beefie) Thanks for the suggestion. I have been over here a lot catching up on old videos. I happened to think of them and prayed for them so I jotted it down in chance that someone may see it and feel led to do the same. I have a tendency to get side tracked and forget to pray for folks, so assuming that there may be a few others with the same flaw, I would put it out there to perhaps prompt them as well. Thanks again.
Get some video this weekend. I cant wait to see it. Be safe. All you new subs, welcome, stick around, lets talk trees. Nothin better than the woods. Buckins a trip you will like the ride.

What a beast seen a 7lb English felling axe in a antique shop near our job that thing was insane who would use that!!😱hell of a wedge banger you have jay!!👍
Thanks but not much luck with the handles. I've gone through 3 handmade handles I made and they were Ashwood. oak and even hickory which lasted 15 months
Great work again buckin. The 5lb er even sounds different when it smacks into its poor woody victim, that 3.5lber' takes a pretty good bite also. Buckin.... is there a point with those heavy heads that the handle and the wedging needs to be thought of differently (thicker handle, deeper wedgee) or just business as usual ?.........Have a wonderful and safe day at work mate.😎🖒
I saw an old (like really old) English catalog that had 6 and 7 pound axes in it. I'm sure there's a reason they have a pattern that heavy, but I can't imagine using one. They must've used them differently.
