Anime Impulse was fun but also extremely underwhelming. I think the rain played a big part in that overall. I've decided to not do another Anime Impulse for a while. They are expanding to other areas across California, so if you're local consider trying it once.

Sorry you had so many issues! I wonder if that bad weather and what seems like poor management on the con staff (you shouldn’t have to walk in the rain with your product) that caused such a low turn out.
