As a major fan of Ritchie throughout his Purple days as I am on my 70th year I always heard beyond his overall masterful playing something unique in the scales and notes he chose. They were different from most other players of the period. They sounded as if .....from another time. I had no clue I was a kid. Then somewhere sometime I heard the word medival and it clicked. Cool that Ritchie has found his natural...musical home
I can honestly say that there are only two things in this world that have given me lasting pleasure. One is being a father to my amazing son, the absolute apple of my eye. The other is music, and in particular, the music of Ritchie Blackmore. As a teenager I would go to bed with my cassette player under my pillow listening to Rainbow Live on Stage until I wore out the tape, and I still love that album to this day. There are plenty amazing guitarists out there but none of them affect me the way Ritchie does. Some of his note bends turn me into Joe Cocker, I can’t control my body. And I love it. 😀 God bless you Mr Blackmore.
I've always been a fan of Western art music, jazz, blues, and rock but medieval music and folk were never really on my radar, that is until Blackmore's Night released Shadow of the Moon 25 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. Ritchie is my favorite guitarist of all time, his phrasing is virtually without peer. Ritchie is to the electric guitar as Stan Getz was to the saxophone, a peerless master of melody. Candice has the voice of an angel and is one of my favorite vocalists of all time. Also we truly appreciate BN's eclecticism and variety. My wife and I are actually working on jazz arrangements of Fires of Fires at Midnight and Play Minstrel Play so the snobbery yoy refer to is totally relatable for us. Remind them of the wise words of the late great Jon Lord "never forget...it's all music." Thank you for a lifetime of transcendent and sublime music and we look forward to seeing you live again very soon! Cheers! 🥂❤
Their fusion of folk, rock, heavy metal, and Renaissance period styles creates a sound that has resonated in me like few other forms or performers. Bravo.
Dear respectable Richie, we want to say that you made a big massin world culture. Thank you for all. and I winder yiur guitar skill . I think you are best .
So glad to see and hear Mike. A great guy fo us visiting the show, really a great help when you had a photo pass. For me Mike was an essential part of being at a live show, he is missed! Is there a song dedicated to him?
Hello good Morning, hola buenos días, la música es parte de la vida, y como creyente en sentirla cada día que camino, verles, me dá animos y fuerza para siempre estar cerca de los sonidos de una buena melodía , saludos desde Puenteareas😊
I listened to some of their stuff when painting a tumble down cottage in Dreyfus Wood, a local fool kicked in the door and I was attacked by peacocks, they ripped my trousers as I fought them off to this music of Blackmore’s Night.
Nice to meet you, my name is Cindy from Xvive company. Focusing on audio products such as wireless guitars, microphones, in-ear monitors, Bluetooth audio receivers for over 10 years, Xvive is a world-famous manufacturer. It's very easy to use, just plug it in.
I've been watching your TH-cam channel for a long time, so i am wriing to express the idea that our company would like to cooperate with you.
Ritchie was never in Black Sabbath or wrote any songs for Black Sabbath and that would require that their studios bought the rights to play Sabbath songs live. And why would they play Black Sabbath songs. Its like asking Honda to do Suzuki products.

I wish your music would have been around when I was growing up. Yours is the music I was longing for and looking for..........

Перефразируя Эйнштейна : Есть две бесконечности - вселенная и волшебная музыка Ритчи!!

Outstanding Performance 🎭
fantastic duo, Blackmore still deliver, candys not always get the credit she deserves, for me she is a better singer then Stevie Nicks
From the 60s and still evolving like a Keith or Jimmy …Ritchie is still with the Legend’s..🙌🏻🎸
One of the greatest orchestras ever

Love your music!
I respect Ritchie Blackmore for playing mature music at a mature age. He is a classy guy. And, great guitarist!!!!
Thanks ☺️

I'm just here to say something to Ritchie,
... Thank You
Love it 💜
They should perform at the Renaissance festival in Minneapolis

My "go to" is a balalaika tuned like a three string guitar, great for melodies without the distraction of six strings
Nice clips looking back on previous escapades, but hey Blackie - I miss something, some glimps or whatever of whats up now.
We're all too old now Ritchie. I don't think the hard of thinking will ever be ready for old melodies. Big lurve to Candy and her input :)
Great musical pairing
From rainbow to melodys.what music
In the last 30 years Blackmore went from rock star to a 16th century bard 🪕 he's looks great and healthy must be his wife keeping him young 😂
😊😊❤😊😊
daj znac jak bedziesz w polsce przyjade na koncert pozdrawiam z polski . fan dp i rb i rainbow bin
Pues un tostón folk...pero eso sí, la Candice está bombón❤...
Sir,the clip stops after 2 min...-or is it just my internet-connection ?! 😳
Do they do any Black Sabbath?

@@Morra5472It's Mandela Effect i think.
No te ha dado por dar clases de guitarra?? Haces unas melodías muy bonitas
thats very old blackmore, share something new
Where are the druids? Where is stonehenge?
They died of boredom
@@sibeex Yes, Candice's Hollywood folk melodies.
Pigeon holes are for pigeons not people
Mad as a box of frogs
Well.... Richie's ear is still so tuned-in... he can still hear the slightest nuance of sound...
Funny thing, Ritchie has shunned technology and comfort to live like a medieval peasant.
Ive been to massive outdoor stadia MOR wembley etc etc
you cant beat these gigs in amazing intimate settings like BK does
