I think you are reading way too much into his words. Kelly is a very decent person and a class act. Hear how he ends the conference, saying "Love is love."? He says that all the time.
@DannyintheSpirit I have no idea what kind of person he is. I'm not saying anything personally about him other than about his comments on Jalen Brunson's shots. They were hypocritical considering they just rode Embid on 50 pts a game earlier with couple 30 burgers also.....plus Maxey. Knicks have been hurt all year, why would he comment on how they win instead of tipping his hat?
I just watched the interview again (and so should you). I am not getting where you are coming from at all. He was nothing but humble and respectful and complimentary of Brunson and of the Knicks. Listen to every word he says, and closely. He is a great dude, and we love having him in Philly. I think the Knicks are awesome, especially Brunson. That dude is special and does things in a way that I have never seen before. The thing that most impresses me is the offensive rebounding. Sure, every team would love to get tons of offensive rebounds, but easier said than done. They just do it. If the Sixers lose this series, I think I might root for the Knicks. I think they would give the Celtics hell.
