HOW TO COOK KUTSINTA WITH CHEESE AND GRATED COCONUT USING MULTICOOKER / @Annelicious MC

  • KUTSINTA INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup Cassava flour
    1 cup All purpose flour
    1 cup powdered milk
    1/4 kl. of brown sugar
    3 cups of water
    1/2 cup of grated cheese
    1/2 cup of grated coconut
    2 tbsp. of butter
    Procedure:
    1. Put 3 cups of water in a bowl.
    2. Add 1/4 kl. of brown sugar mix until dissolved.
    3. Then add all dry ingredients slowly (cassava flour, all purpose flour, powdered milk) while mixing thoroughly until no more lumps.
    4. Strain the mixture to remove lumps.
    5. Brush the molder with melted butter.
    6. Pour the mixture into molder, then arrange it inside the steamer wrap the top with foil.
    7. Put the steamer inside the multicooker. Press the fast button and start button. Cooking time is 20-30 mins. Do the toothpick check if it's done. (the mixture should not stick with the toothpick).
    8. Remove the molder from the cooker, let it cool down before removing from the molder.
    9. Top the kutsinta with grated cheese or grated coconut. Enjoy eating.
