@@Mileen1029 I understood. This happens because my plane is aligned exactly with the plane of the reference image. If you position the plane a little in front of the reference image, it will look like you said. But you can make the plane completely transparent in another way, right-click on the object you want to enable transparency, go to the object properties option. Look for the Rendering Control option, below it there is a visibility option which by default is 1.0. You just need to decrease this parameter, the lower the value, the more transparent the object will be.
Hi friend, it's more practical to create the high poly model in sculpting software and retouch it in Max or Maya to have the low poly version. Modeling a human being poly by poly is something that actually takes longer.

Hi, thanks for comment! The command is Alt + X. With the object selected, hold down Alt and press X to enable transparency on the selected object.
