She is so tough. I tore my meniscus and severely damaged my ACL twice in the same leg. The 2nd time I couldn't even control my leg, it just flopped. She's a champ for getting the surgery and working out shortly after. It took me years to heal, but she's pressing on. Much respect!
That's exactly what I was thinking. The men and women who provide us such wonderful entertainment are some of the most talented individuals. They have to be physically and mentally fit, they have to be able to act and think on their feet, and try to do it all as safely as possible. There aren't many people that can do it and there are even less who can do it and keep a smile on their face.
Kurt Angle said that he had suffered injuries while freestyle wrestling (including a really bad neck injury during the Olympic Trials) but the ones he had while professional wrestling were the most serious by far.
The fact that you went this long in your carrier without knee surgery is along impressive. I sit here at almost 60 watching this at 3AM both knee's still in braces, ready to ice them down so I can sleep, one old warrior to another I wishing you well on a speedy full recovery! Blessed Be!
Three knee surgeries here. The key was always working it as soon as possible and pushing without breaking. My daughter says you are an absolute Bad Ass and I agree. Proud to call you our Empress.

But now ALL is forgiven. True except it seems in the case of Punk and MCIntrye. THAT is like the feuds I remember between Rick and Dusty.
Keep up the physio girl . Remember , No Pain, No Gain ! Try puting a cotton donut under your heel and your leg will slide easier and give you better flexion in your knee !

I had hip replacement surgery so I know how difficult recovery is after major surgery. One day at a time and enjoy the little victories along the way like just being able to do something you couldn't do before. It's those little victories that get you through it,.celebrate those and best of luck on the rest of the way.
