Walking the Long Stones

We follow a line of standing stones from sea level up to the slopes of Moel Goedog above Harlech. Our destination is a Bronze Age ring cairn where the cremated remains of a "young adult" were deposited. The walk is a light hearted re-enactment of the journey taken by the bearers some 3700 years ago.

Really Brill! Love the history telling, of times that go way way back, from a place that was and is so visually special? (never been near bu t I hope that will change?.
