sir I think You made a mistake by saying wildlife protection act 1986 but I think ESZ were declared under Environmental protection act 1986 and such a silly mistake might take away someone's marks.
Sir my business is related to mining activity. Land used for mining is revenue and granted land for lease purpose in govt in yr 2002 bt in yr 2008 and then hve some issued for forest balaram- Ambaji sancturi and then pblms created. Forest dept said yr area is near to forest within 1 km so mining activity cant be done then in 2021 ESZ declared and our land is outside the ESZ zone bt situated in 1 km. So plz suggest wht will we do bcoz this business started by the approval of govt. plz give me possitive suggestion
