Instead of loading the data from the rowtype into collection why dont you load the data directly to collection ? Is there any specific reason for that. Because here the processing for oracle enginee is increased by storing in rowtype scalar varialbe and then to collections !
If employee table has 1 million records,will it make any difference in the below 2 queries:1.select * bulk colllect into from employee...2. select * bulk collect into from employee limit 1million;

If no, can you specify where all in a procedure should we explicitly define a variable as a bind variable. Thanks

As far as i know Bind variables should be declared at session level....Please do double check on this.....sorry if i am wrong....
