Why doesn't the character wear glasses so that the people around him can't see his eyes or carry some sort of flashlight/flashbomb to blind the attackers for a moment then flee from their sight 🤷♂🤷♂

Vincent Must Die - VMD. The difficulty in this mode has been massively increased. Now the enemies and bosses will have 200% HP and can unlock DT with 25% of their health remained. Also, Vincent will now receive 150% damage compared to hard mode.
Man, i hate when movies use these interesting concepts as plot devices and never explain the origin. That’s why i love these recaps. Would’ve wasted 2 hrs
Usually I can watch these movie recaps even horror movies (which I can't stomach at all) but as a sufferer of paranoia I guess this really hits me because the longer I watched this the more anxious I got.
Even though I was getting douchey arthouse vibes from it, I decided to sit through Vincent Must Die (2023) and yeah, I ultimately regret it. About 20 minutes in, you get the impression this film is trying to make some deep philosophical and ponderous metaphor about the nature of violence in modern society ... but it consistently fumbles that theme by riding a run-on sequence of events which amount to nothing but people fighting, with ultimately no resolution, for almost the entire runtime, and the resulting stupidity begs so many questions by the end that I may actually lose sleep over it. 0:56 I'm not sure where Vincent works, but there is no way after such a violent attack (with video evidence, no less) that an H.R. rep would then pull both the victim AND attacker into a secluded office room in such close proximity to "talk about it" without any police presence, because at that point it is aggravated assault and battery; even if they were both like "we're cool now" and dude could somehow come up with a reasonable excuse for his actions, there is still no possible scenario here where he keeps his job after the fact, and so the whole scene and its context exist solely to clue in the viewer, and does so haphazardly. This establishes how the rest of the movie will play out; things will not make sense, you will have questions, and they will never be answered. Just like violence! Get it? 1:58 If an attack stops when eye contact stops, why did this woman try to run him down from an entire block away after he ran the red light to distance himself from her and was driving, looking the opposite way? 2:28 I find it hard to believe that a social worker wouldn't be researching this phenomenon, because later, we are shown the existence of Joachim and the forum people, proving that Vincent's situation is not an isolated incident. So people are just getting attacked all over the world, seemingly at random, and Vincent is the only one to think to bring it up to one? 4:03 "Yeah people are trying to kill me Dad, but I see you're trying to get laid, so I'll just leave you to it, see you later." Wow, there it was, I think I just had an aneurysm. 5:09 If an attack stops when eye contact stops, why did this trucker keep chasing him after he already was driving away in his car, looking the opposite way? 6:43 No way he survived rolling around in poop with cuts. That still would've been a hack move, but the reality is far worse: it is presented with the same thumpy, stress-inducing cyberpunk soundtrack that is repeated in almost every other tense scene in the entire film, which tells me the director really didn't have a grasp on what he was trying to communicate with this entire movie other than "fighting bad, stop", and even that notion seems to be slapped together without much reflection. 12:24 There it was. A second aneurysm. This film was absolutely made for people who need the 'hot liquid' warning signs on coffee mugs.

Before he was sent to The SCP Foundation: he had been arrested at least 23 times in his life and held in jail without any purported evidence to warrant those arrests aside from how untrustworthy he looked to the Police officers who claimed he was guilty of multiple Robberies, Assaults, and Murders. And after he was taken into custody by the SCP Foundation; the people there thought that 3017 was somehow connected with various Groups of Interest like their rivals in the Global Occult Coalition or The Church of The Broken God. It was only through a small handful of people such as his family and close personal acquaintances like his Exs' and childhood friends and neighbors that were immune to this... unfortunately, this caused other people to think they were in cahoots with SCP-3017, and immediately after an overzealous SCP Foundation scientist had killed these people that caused SCP-3017 to take his own life did this paranoia finally end.
Finally an original beautiful movie. God, most of the mainstream media nowadays is like copy paste. Maybe the trigger wasn't eye contact but something else. We only know the main characters perspective and the hobos one.
A little bit similar to Bird Box, only the difference was that by looking at someone's eyes one can be violent, unlike the Bird Box, once you look outside and that wind starts coming towards you, you are d3ad.
