It's actually not 100 km far away because the first territory they breached which is called shiganshina was just a small city with the purpose of serving as a bait in order to reduce the casualities

It's a REALLY tightly written narrative. I've yet to find a single plot hole, dangling thread, or question without an answer. It's a real feat of writing, this show.

Just in case you are confused about the geography of the human territory. Let my explain. If you want you can check a map too. Each wall has cities attached to their external sides, themselves surrounded by Walls. These towns are sort of outposts like in a military fortress. They avoid the immense costs that would be required to defend the walls. A single city, filled with people, allows the titans to be attracted to a point in order to limit the surface area to defend. This is purely military logic. Each of these cities are called districts. And each of the four districts of each wall are posted in the direction of the cardinal points. Above all, they allow you to add additional defense to the doors of the main Walls. And they all have a door leading outside. Eren's district, the city we saw, is Shinganshina. So what happened in the first two episodes was that the Colossal Titan, the one with the head sticking out of the wall, destroyed the outer gate of Shinganshina District. And it was the Armored Titan, in episode two, much smaller but no less powerful, that destroyed the gate of Wall Maria from inside the district. Basically, the main Walls have these cities around each of their gates, so that the titans must breach two gates to enter one main Wall.
think there’s a bit of confusion here. In the scene you’re talking about (Episode 2), a group of politicians and nobles are gathered in a fancy room when a messenger comes in with urgent news. At first, they only knew that Shiganshina, the outer district of Wall Maria, had fallen. Then the messenger informs them that Wall Maria itself has been breached as well. This doesn’t mean the Titans have already crossed the entire 100 kilometers between Wall Maria and Wall Rose. What it actually means is that the breach in Shiganshina compromised the entire defense of Wall Maria. Now the Titans have unrestricted access to the huge area between Wall Maria and Wall Rose. The politicians in the scene seem to understand this, but I think the confusion comes from how the outer districts like Shiganshina work. These districts are protrusions built to lure Titans away from the main walls and act as sacrificial zones in emergencies. Once an outer district falls, the whole wall it’s attached to is at risk. Hope this clears up the scene a bit better

I would say even if you dont get enough reach with audience or even if you dont want to continue uploading keep watching man , this show is definitely one of the best written show out there with GOT , breaking bad , etc just medium is diff. Its a shame soo many people dont watch it cause its in animated form . 🧿🍻

Don’t even Google anything because you will often see pictures and clips from future seasons that will spoil what you’re about to watch. With that said, I also highly recommend skipping the intro song/theme for the second half of season 3 and the second half of season 4!
