I hate when executives give stats on the low performing stats. If they have 1 Hispanic executive, they are happy to state that they're the "only" or have the "highest" percentage of Hispanic people, but do nothing to increase those number. Low stats, even if you are part of the number "improving" those low stats, are low stats. That's just fucking it.
