I am so sorry for Rachel and her family 😢. I knew Mike Bickle and was totally invested in prayer from 1983-late 1996 when my husband and I moved out of state. My foundation in the Lord was formed in that place. I knew or had contact with many of the people who have been caught up into this filth. I used to wonder back then why was there so many very odd filthy things happening, and I am not exaggerating....never dreaming of the double lives being honed and crafted in those days. Thank you for sharing this. I am glad and thankful for everyone who has stood for righteousness and have escaped such corruption and evil.❤❤❤

Thanks for sharing! I began my resignation in October 2023 after being on staff since June 2002. I had no clue what had been happening leaders were covering up, and could not remain once I did know. Truth will NEVER comply in silence. I’m so grateful I came to KC to pray….and I will remain here to do so. My joy is, Jesus sees and knows it all, and He is praying!

I was trekking until she said king David was a rapist. Multiple translations say "she came to him." I myself "took a wife." I don't see the translators or Bible scholars backing this view of David raping Bathsheeba. Quite the opposite. And just in case anyone attacks me because I'm a man, I cleared this comment with my wife first (who agrees) 🤷‍♂
I appreciate this woman's heart and emotion, maybe even experience with trauma, but I guess we have to be careful with reading our emotions into Scripture 🤔

Twisting Scripture to make your point is dangerous.
Rape is a very serious charge against David. You are interpreting people’s motives.
“No Jewish citizen had to obey a king who himself was disobeying God‘s law, for the king covenanted with God and the people to submit to the divine law” (quotation from Warren Wiersbe commentary)
