Brother, thank you so much for this guide. Everyone else makes guides showing one phase, which doesn’t help considering there are four of them, and people like me are visual learners. I’ve already killed Zulrah for the diary and prefer Vorkath for more money and it’s easier. However, I want to get into Zulrah for KC and the collection log. I’ve studied this guide by watching it over and over for around an hour and already have all of the phases and rotations memorized. This will help me a TON! Thank you loads man!
Was just coming to make this comment. EVERYONE does guides where theyy spend 20 minutes talking about gear and about 2 minutes about rotations and only show one rotation. DJay is GOATED
Vorkath is a much easier money maker but I’ve been trying Zulrah just because there’s a couple drops for a few mil & it’s honestly way more fun learning something more challenging. Especially for me I am terrible at this game I haven’t even given an attempt at memorizing the first 2 rotations yet & I have been getting my ass handed to me more often than not on zulrah but I am having a lot of fun learning how to do it 😂

Awesome vid man I’ll be referring to this tonight on my “day 2 of learning zulrah” lol. Got 2 kills yesterday about 10 deaths hopefully I can at least break even tonight! Keep up the guides man you’re great at explaining stuff like this and a lot of guides either miss it or just breeze through it forgetting that people watching the guides usually have no clue what they’re heading into.

THANK YOU! Got my 1 Zulrah KC on my ironman doing mage only (hide behind pillars from her tanz phase because I can't take that damage + venom damage all hitting together), but I could never get the kill in 1 rotation so I found I just had to at least be familiar with other rotations.
Thank you for showing them so completely without any speeding up.
Got the kill by logging out until I got rotation 3 (serp to start), then I got lucky and I got rotation 4 afterwards (I would've tele-ed if I got either 1 or 2 next). Rotation 4 is actually pretty decent for mage-only as you can camp the left (east) side pillar of the arena most of the time.
My biggest advice is to use guthix rests for your antivenom as they give some hp when drunk, and get the warped sceptre so you can always keep a thrall summoned (from Arceuus spellbook). My Thrall felt like 25% of my total dps or more.
Other advice is keep clicking on Zulrah once you've got your prayers sorted. Anything and everything seems to stop you attacking her (not only the diving, but there's a long delay after surfacing before you can attack). Doing CG has made me be very precise in my clicks - click once and done - but against the snake I felt I needed to spam click quite a lot to keep attacking.
I've got 83 mage, 75 def, 82hp, 71 pray - void, warped sceptre, glory, mystic boots, ma2 cape. Died and tele-d out many times before succeeding, but you there reading this, it can be done. You've got this. It's very similar to Gauntlet if you've been doing that - a whole loooooaddd of things to learn all chucked at you at once, but totally learnable, and then very satisfying.

phase 1 and 2 start with range, 3 and 4 start with magic. The second he bobs his head, that's when you switch prayers. Just have your cursor hovering over the other prayer ready to switch at all times, and once he bobs his head, just click! In the beginning be ready to switch prayers quickly because when he spawns up and attacks, you have to switch right away, so the first couple attacks you have to be sort of quick, but after that it settles down, and it's just easy clicking from there. Keep at it, never give up. You'll get it down in no time

Using the runelite plug, even high as shit. You'll slowly pick them up by kills itl take a while for me too but once you get a rhythm and know the basics you'll notice gas clouds telling you whats next without thinking it
Just start with one phase, you can do the range phase with mage only pretty easily... then learn another phase after you have one down. Once a phase you don't want pops up just hop worlds and youll spawn outside at the entrance.

Why does rotation 1 cut at 5:54 and jump to some other rotation while the audio is still for rotation 1 lmao this got me super confused???
