Hello friends. I want to share with you a very simple and delicious recipe for potatoes and sour cream sauce. It's quick and easy to prepare using the simplest ingredients you always have at home. Potatoes are cheap, tasty and filling. On my channel you will find many recipes made from potatoes and also from different types of vegetables. I am sure you will love this easy potato dish. RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil.
Eggplants - 3 pcs.
Salt on both sides and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
Pat the eggplant dry with a paper towel.
Fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and sauté over low heat for 1 minute.
Peppers - 3 pcs.
Zucchini - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add fried eggplant to the vegetables.
Coriander.
