I know this is gonna sound totally out of left field, but did anyone ever play Rampage 2: Universal Tour? This gives me the same vibes as the music in that game.
I juste gave a quick listen to the rampage 2 universal tour OST on TH-cam, it's kinda funky but in a mechanical, midi quantized, programmed sort of way, apart from the distorted guitars which are played. Very 90s.

J'ai passé un temps de ma vie professionnelle dans la musique ( j'ai 61 ans , bientôt en "retraite"...) , en tant qu'acheteur et chef de groupe Marketing Achat ( en centrale) pour le groupe Carrefour... Tu n'étais sans doute pas né. J'ai vécu l'arrivée du CD qui remplaça le vinyl, la distribution "COGEDEP" en grande distribution, puis le passage en direct chez les maisons de disques. Le directeur commercial puis général ( JF Loury) de chez Sony Music ( qui racheta CBS) fut un de mes amis proches... toute une époque. Tout cela pour dire que le monde de la musique a bien changé, et que c'est toujours aussi difficile de percer. Même avec beaucoup de talent. Tu en as, c'est indéniable et certain ; j'espère simplement que tu puisses en vivre correctement , internet n'étant pas forcément l'Eldorado car il y a sans doute autant de talents que par le passé qui restent dans l'anonymat et qui n'arrivent pas à percer .
