these headphones are excellent, if you add an application like poweramp plus an amplifier like volume booster you don't need active noise cancellation, the passive one is enough
Hi, please can you help me how to repair my awei t20 wireless earbuds, because the right ear is not working anymore. The indicator blue led light is keep on steady instead of blinking. Can you help me.
Seems like you are not the only one with this problem. For me, one side started to have static noise when volume is loud. I will try to check with AWEI and see if they have a solution.
(Update) I did not get a valid reply. You can try to turn off the earbud and turn it on again. Take only the faulty earbud out of the pod, leave the other one in, then press and hold (about 5 sec) till the light goes off. Then turn it on again by pressing for about 5 sec to turn it back on. Hope it works!

My left side earbud is connected but not sound ..how can I fix this 😭
It could be a connection problem. Use another set of wireless earbuds to check if there's connection issue.
