The software has been updated so you need to download the updated version or maybe the antivirus is blocking the autorun software. Try the latest version and then let me know if the problem persist

Yes if you don't know the files you want to copy you have to copy whole drive let say c drive completely

Yes you have to login first then you can copy data. And you can copy any data you want just put the location. Or you can copy whole drive its up to you .

Invisible.vbs is not created properly or maybe not found in the folder so recreate that file
