Great vid! Quick question, why have penny boards gotten so cheap? On the website they are showing up for 25 dollars, they used to be much more expensive. Is the company in financial trouble?
Thanks! And I’m not actually affiliated with the company so I don’t have any specific information for you.
My assumption/guess is that there’s been an increase in knock-off penny boards that are saturating the market. When there’s too much supply, demand for one company’s products goes down, which pushes prices down. They still have a competitive advantage because they coined the term “penny,” and they’ve introduced other products in recent years (I.e. a backpack, hat, sling, etc).
But yeah, that’s my guess as to why their boards are lower

I got one for 30 recently and honestly the deck doesn’t seem as high quality. Went into the curb once and it was very chipped with pieces coming off. I don’t think the old ones were like that

goofy vs regular foot has me cracked up. honestly i thought i was weird for pushing with my right foot and standing with my left foot but i feel validated that apparently i am regular foot.
Yup! It is actually pretty random & wild I feel! When I first started, I was the only one of my friends who stood on his right foot and pushed with left (goofy)
I been riding one for 15 years .. still do everyday cruise around cities traveling hit me up
