I once have done a whole day cycling trip (just water, no food during the day cause it was supposed to be a calorie burning day) and it's really exhausting af. Also if you consume 12000 plus calories like Erick does in one sitting then even a whole day cycling trip is not enough to burn out all those calories you've consumed. The dude is literally a living legend that he can do miles of running and cycling at the same day!

My favorite food challenge was the pancakes. My favorite cheat meal for me would be pasta. Spaghetti, lasagna and linguine and clams. I rarely have pasta and I tend to have vegetable pasta. Wow you killed it! That was a huge accomplishment! Great job! 😊

Dinner would be a 150 sushi platter along with a slice of Lasagna and a pint of Reeses ice cream.
