But how do you hear it?
To hear the voice of God, you need to develop the habit of praying and reading the Bible. Consistency in your relationship with God will make you understand what He's saying in a particular time. As you do what is required of you as a Child of God, believe that your Father will speak to you personally.

Amen but the Rhema word in Greek actually came from the Hebrew word called the Debarim, which is the exact name for the book of Deuteronomy! It also refers to a word of communication, spoken with power, from the voice of the Holy Spirit, who is the one in the Godhead family that is down here on earth with us as a witness from the divine family, that hovers around the planet in the other 6 dimensions, sending out signals on frequencies of light that cross over the invisible barrier and into our 4 dimensions that we have been separated into, since the fall of Adam in Genesis 3!
I’ve also learned that the Holy Spirit is a She in the original Hebrew & Aramaic languages & an it or genderless in Greek, in all places in the scriptures! Also The Spirit is even operating in the exact role of our heavenly mother, who was the parent of us creatures, at the beginning, generating the same electro magnetic frequencies into the elements of water with light, making and forming the elements of the periodic table in Genesis 1:2, & combining them into molecules to creators who move and are alive! She is also compared to a mother eagle who vibrates over her young as the word “vibrated or hovered or moved” over the waters there! She cares for all of us babies of Hers, by the will of The Father, who also had their son together, in which we humans were made in their same image and likeness, later in the same chapter 1 of the beginning of how life all got started and why and in which roles we have and for certain purposes of their perfect design. You cannot have a Father God and the Son of God without The Mother of God, but we haven’t been trained to think on our own and question our translations of scripture. The mother of God has never been the human sinner Mary lol. And the words that our heavenly mother wants to tell us with power to impact our problems and develop us into a process of perfection when we are ready to go to work for the kingdom, are specific concepts and verses from Deuteronomy, that will apply to us & will be what we need in each circumstance and battle against all of our enemies, when we are sent out into our promised lands to destroy all satanic forms of chaos and sin there. We will then rebuild our territories as Co-creators of life with love, in states of God’s righteousness that follows the functions & forces in faith and drive us to move through their divine designs and become more like our God & have families of our own as well, who are made of a male and female who produce godly offspring and bear much good fruits who feed others, that satisfy us all, who work together in a harmonious community with the scriptures as our head & the Spirit as our heart with us as their hands, mouths & feet.
And yes in Romans 8:14, the Greek says after we immature younger children in training become matured into older grown adult children by the technology of theology, we will get progressively in sync with the frequencies of faith and be lead by the spirit, to produce the works of God, which will result from listening to & honoring our true heavenly mother, as we have been permanently commanded to do or else we will experience various forms of unnatural separations and deaths with others and ourselves, as the commandment exists to enforce & show us this difficult lesson! We also don’t fully learn to hear and hone in on the voice of God, until we progress up to level 5 out of 10 or become developed into the 5th of the 9 stages of our spiritual growth cycle as spiritual embryos because we are all only impregnated with incorruptible seed from heaven, who have been conceived again from above! No one since messiah’s resurrection with Adam to Demas next to messiah on his right side on the cross next to him, has become born again yet! We don’t get reborn until it’s a physical reality and we as souls, who possess spirits, are transferred into new celestial bodies of light and leave these bodies of water and dirt, which won’t happen for us all, until the 7000th year FC (From Creation) happens, as foretold & promised in the sabbath rest teaching! And I believe that this event is only around 4 years away by my calculations! Also he forgot to say that we won’t learn to respond to our mothers voice until we first read the divine instruction manual, given to Israel by God The Son in Spirit form, on mount Sinai & attempt to interpret it correctly from hearts that don’t enjoy being twisted in wickedness and want freed from all perversions and don’t pleasure in them! Then God will gradually untwist and rebalance our hearts out straight by divine fortune in a reforming fire process with the right music as, we invest and ingest the proper spiritual food of the Hebraic scriptures and let them work and course through us like medicine in our veins. They will realign our insides to operate correctly & then we must use our health from them to practice applying small simple steps of obedience and begin doing what the big picture general truths of absolute commandments say for us to do and not do. Babies, toddlers and young kids won’t know to listen to their mothers unless they desire to want to please her and they won’t until they try to do & accept in humility, to do what their father’s basic instructions are to try doing first! It takes years of being trained by tudors and teachers who show us what to do first and only if we attempt to copy to think on what is healthy, lovely, righteous, true & honest, and then make efforts to do the right behaviors, speech and with the right motives, will God then speak to us, to show us how to be better, after they observe us wanting wisdom and working to do what is right and correct; otherwise the blind who delight in their wickedness will not be shown what to do until they repent & stop doing what they know to be wrong 1st! We all have to obey the general larger truths before God will hone us into the details of what we should do and not do & become most effective and successful in life.
