Love the detail of crossing the feet because, I always felt the notion of not crossing as lack of understanding why to cross to begin with. Perfect example is comparing it to close guard, always stronger to cross. Rafas small details is truly on another level, the 🐐 of all goats.

I also notice that your finishing position isn't usually with feet crossed especially during contingency plans so it's more of a best case scenario (like closed guard vs open guard).
