Looks really delicious! Love the honey, sweet chili, soy sauce, mustard (I’d add vinegar too, and cracked black pepper, hot red chili flakes or other source of heat for a kick. Tabasco? Louisiana Hot sauce?). However, I would never fail to also pour on the juices from the platter of seared chicken! Don ‘t waste that goodness & flavor!
That cup of tomato paste at the 6min mark was "sauce" not paste. Also, you didn't "temper" the sour cream, by slowly adding a little bit of the hot sauce to it before incorporating it into the whole sauce. The sauce is visibly curdled as a result.

Looks really good and scrummy, but not Hungarian chicken by any means, but some of the elements are there. Onion would only ever been cooked for a couple of minutes until translucent, never yellow or brown. Always when adding paprika, take your pan off the heat or else it will give it a bitter taste. It was not meant to be a negative comment, but you cannot see whether she turned the heat right down before she added the paprika. Keeping the heat on bitters the paprika. But the recipe I posted is the authentic way to make the dish. But that does not mean your method is any less tasty @@vickilarouge4855
