Thank you everyone who checked in on me, whether it be via DMs or comments. I’m okay right now, but even just looking at the comments was harder than I thought it would be. We all have our own trauma, some have dealt with it, some haven’t and other thought they did but shows like this just brings it up for you and that’s okay… we are allowed to not be okay.
To those who experienced triggers (like me) during this episode… I hope you are doing better now, and that you find peace.
It was a really emotional episode for me too. And I 100% agree that sometimes we consent to things we really don't want to do because we want to make a loved one happy. Later when we're out of that situation the experience makes us feel like we betrayed ourselves because how could you prioritize someone over yourself? I don't think Sky is at fault for anything that happened to him at all. All he did was trust someone who clearly didn't deserve it. Hope you feel better Nolan. Stay strong skeem saam❤🩹💛
Aww, I'm giving you my BIG virtual hugs, Nolan. Wishing you you're okay. This episode touches a sensitive cord in all of us. Trauma comes in different form and aspect. Its okay not to be okay and it's better to seek professional help as well to deal with these tauma.

IT'S LITERALLY THE WAY Pai put his hands BACK and tried not to touch Sky while he's talking to him at 13:33 since he observed that Sky doesn't liked to be touched randomly🤌🤌😫❣ IT'S the WAY he respects his space and at the same time ASKs for his PERMISSION to touch him.. I- CAN'T💕😭
I’m not gonna lie this legit made me cry I couldn’t even watch it all the way it hit way to close to home for me where I shut down but they did an amazing job this episode like the acting was legit I’m proud of them I see what they meant when they said the first half was cute and this half is more serious cause brooooo but I love it
When Sky sick and didn't want Prapai leave,
Prapai should be honored that Sky misidentified him to his dad, Sky actually felt safe with him,
a trauma memory like him, he is a really insecure person, but should be alertness either.
If that is someone else, I think he will scared the hell out.
Prapai really likes Sky, he cared about him, his every emotion, so he felt something wrong easily,
and the scene he changed his tone find the nice one to call Sky, it is love.
This episode was really emotional for me too. I can’t believe that’s the trauma our precious Sky went thru and is still going thru. 😢 I hate that he’s keeping this all to himself at the moment. This really hurts.

My heart hurts for Sky. His ex introduced him to those races right? Meaning Payu and Prapai may know him or at least find him easy. Someone needs to have a conversation with that man…preferably Chan. Also did you notice how when Sky said I’m fine to Prapai, his eyes said the opposite. His mask keeps slipping around Pai and looks so sad, I just wish Pai would recognise that he’s carrying something heavy and changes his approach a bit.
I saw a lot of myself in this episode and I had to pause a lot but I think the way they portrayed SA trauma was amazing. I'm definitely gonna cry with the next episode.
Prapai is laying it on thick with Sky, even though he said to stop. However, I think Prapai is being serious. Sky may not want to be his boyfriend, but I think for Prapai it is a a sense of feeling needed. Prapai seems aloof & goofy due to his playboy charm, but I think he can be deeply mature & wants to take care of those around him.

Engaging is sex without true intimacy can be self destructive behavior, until we work through the trauma we experienced. Sometimes only after a lot of work and self forgiveness can we go from fu$@ing away the pain to making love and truly enjoying intimacy.
While I want them together , I need him to heal/take care of himself first. they can stay friends but.... This was a good episode
I hope that prepai (like Payu) let’s sky heal on his own first (the way Rain had to learn responsibility and effective communication first) before letting things between them become serious. I don’t want a “this man has healed my trauma” storyline

Poor Sky w his PTSD… and then your reaction. I wanted to let you cry it all out w my arms around you like a grandma should. This production took all the best from the K-Dramas like “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, Kill Me, Heal Me, and so many more. Those were my therapy and brought out the tears I needed to cry. This production amps it up and provides care and sensitivity for specific pain while giving a safe place to feel your feelings. We cry bec we haven’t gotten the care and healing. So glad you can still reach your emotions and let out that pain. So many can’t bec they get triggered. It breaks my heart to see the ENTIRELY UNDESERVED pain and self hatred experienced in the LGBTQ community. (Video - “Father lunges at Nassar”)… this 60 year old grdmthr would willingly do that for you… and everyone else who commented about being triggered. YOU DO NOT DESERVE WHAT THE MONSTERS DID TO YOU!
These types of stories are hard to watch. The way the actor portrayed the trauma made you feel what he was going through. The way he responds and reacts to Prapai who really likes him shows how much pain he is in. And not even Rain knew what he was going through really made me sad, as I didn’t understand how he isolated himself from the pain, but that is the reality when you feel helpless and don’t want to deal with or think about the trauma.
I first hand have never experienced trauma like this but I have known someone who has and seeing them go through it was not easy. I cried during this episode 😭 and for anyone who has been through something similar my heart ❤️ goes out be you. Be strong and lots of love 💕
No one warned me about the SA in This episode when i first watched it. The Trauma hit close to home...I remember having nightmares for a few days after watching it.. It had took me a few weeks.. for me to watching it again...but I will say they did good with the setup for Trauma scene
Facts You never know with Trauma and PTSD will come full blown over you. shit be buried deep down and then outta no where WHAMM! ya gotta keep telling yourself that your can get through it over and over until you can get to you therapy session to let it go! Kudos SKY! I praying for the episode where you get to let it go. Thank for the reaction Nolan hope you can continue reacting as well BUT its ok if ya don't want to.❤

Yes , this episode is hard to watch , glad you are better now Nolan , when i watched the episode i was so tense and my heart got tide and hurt when i realized what Sky went through and is still caught in it , i fully understand and feel with him , i know the feeling when you cant sleep at night , i only sleep like at 4-5 am when its almost time to get daytime again , panicattacks are bad too and make me to sleep with some kind of light on , so i know pretty well why Sky dont go back to sleep after his nightmare !!! 😢😖

I do think Sky doesn't want to trust anyone and is afraid to go to places because his ex might have people watching him closely and might have ties to probably politicians, police force, doctors etc
Prapai is sweet and will be good for him but Sky doesn't want to let anyone in.
OK so when he mentioned the Tech the person on my way does Scott have a nipple person or something that we we never got to see also I liked the fact that they showed Prapai noticing something off about sky and that's why he's just trying to take his mind off of it.
I love that Prapai didn't hesitate to leave work to go and check on Sky

I'm glad they showed how Sky was affected by his trauma, how he is afraid to sleep because he keeps having nightmares. The way Prapai made sure he didn't touch or kiss Sky because he observed and took note that he's in a vulnerable situation.
While I was slightly upset that rain mentioned sky's ex bf i can't completely fault him for it because I have a feeling that sky never told him about anything, he might have only mentioned he has an ex and hates him.
Rain might not have any idea do he didnt think before he mentioned it.
I have a feeling that pai will have a shit fit when he founds out what happend to sky and who it was.
Because sky his ex was in the racing scene I think p'pai maby knows him.

You aren’t the only one who was triggered. I had nightmares several nights in a row after I watched. Now I’m questioning if I should watch next week or not :(. Trauma sucks the big one, that’s for sure. And when it rears it’s ugly head, it sucks even more. Hugs!!!!!

Don't feel sorry about being emotional Nolan, I struggle with that as well. I try to avoid crying in front of others like my life depends on it. However, something being that vulnerable with others you trust is what will help.
