Syntegon RPP Robotic Pick-and-Place with Doboy Pack 202 Packaging French Toast Sticks

This seamless system features an RPP 5-1 Robotic Pick-and-Place machine loading frozen French toast sticks into the infeed conveyor of a Pack 202 horizontal flow wrapper. The RPP receives the product on a mass flow belt fed by a bucket elevator and vibratory conveyor.
Each delta robot picks products at 100 ppm, to accommodate a line speed of 250 ppm at the wrapper.
