Well the penguin logistics and rhodes island have contracts together. Probably PL got good stuff since RI also doing Contigency Contracts, thus its easier to gain access to items/tech/money as a deal. This is just my speculation tho

I think the shadow guards will follow suit whether by their own will or by upper head's command, so an archetype like dusk will suit her, with the difference being her kit is more focused to the summoned guards

I might be wrong about this but doesn't the second part of Code of Brawl reveal that the whole first part was the machinations of Bison's dad, Emperor, and the Rat King, with the exception of the Sicilians fiasco being a convenient "hit two birds with one stone" opportunity? That would imply that even Emperor's death was staged and was meant to be just a vehicle to teach Bison an important life lesson, thereby debunking the theory that he is immortal.

Let's say "specialist class, operator ___, trait: gain 3 sp when inflicted with status ailments e1 talent: becomes high priority to be debuffed by frost/burning E2 talent: e1 talent + increased damage/atkspd (when debuffed/when debuffed x amount of times) Skill 1: immediately attack x enemies in the surrounding tiles with y percentage of atk and inflict debuff (can stack up to 2/3 charges at rank 7) Skill 2: attack interval increases, -1 block, range changes to surrounding tiles and attacks inflict debuff (infinite duration)
