Independent is not so bad. I did the grind for all multiturreted tanks to get their camos and the extra decal thingy and Independent is average. I'd argue A.C.I is worse than Independent. I had a terrible time getting its camos and the extra decal thingy. Ro-Go is indeed the worst japanese premium, As for the french, the AMD 35 gets the same cannon the B1 bis and B1 ter get which are 2.3 and 2.7. Sure they at least get the hull howitzer,. We cried at Gaijin to fix the post pen for both the french 37mm and 47mm and besides some small insignificant buff at some shot placements, it's still garbage. This started with their stupid update that calculated pen and post-pen based on a formula which ruined the french rank 1 completely, made the tanks armed with 37mm completely unplayable and the 47mm ones didn't have any post-pen at all. The brainless thought: "well, we get rid of the 37mm ones and problem solved, when we add new tanks, formula does everything for us and we don't need to put any work". Wrong as now they still tweak everysingle shell. Good job Gayjin at being outright stupid. Across all nations why didn't you rate the Katyusha as the worst? Even the Ro-Go is better since you have actual guns and you can target and shoot things and is not highly situational as Katyusha is where you need specific terrain and very very specific placement. Same with AMD 35, the 47mm will generally pen most things it faces and while the post-pen is garbage there are shots that disable most tanks it pens and can move, it has turret, it's not a dumb truck that can only use like one position on the map and fire only straight from that one single position like the Katyusha does...
I’m actually going to argue that the worst Israeli premium is the M51(W), specifically because it costs several times as much as a talisman on the regular M51… which isn’t unusual, except that the regular TT one has 3 free spawns, so it makes the premium version look like a horrendous value proposition
The caveat is that, if you don't die, the (W) is objectively better. The mounted MG is a .50 cal instead of 7.62, which allows you to break obstacles better and that's really helpful when you can only fire chemical rounds. The armour on the front is also marginally better.
@@samitcouldbe1681 at that tier, regular sherman armor ain't stopping nothing. The .30 is fine for breaking everything you need to, which is fences and bushes for the HEAT. The only big thing you're missing out on is anti air capability
@@Yourantsally There are quite a lot of things the .50 cal can break that the 7.62 can't, such as concrete. Maps like Test Site use a lot of concrete walls which the 7.62 can't break.

The CV9035 is unfairly treated, both it and the FIN can go to 8.7 and gameplay will change literally feel more normal. Not a bad premium but bad br placement.
I don’t really consider the low tier premiums "bad premiums" they're just cool little additions. Btw, the Independent model is incomplete, it's missing components and it's missing the internal compartmentalization, the engine armor too, it would be slightly better if gaijin properly modeled it xd
IMO the BM-8-24 is far worse than the Katyusha because yes the Katyusha is rather situational, but it can actually kill armored targets, whereas the BM-8-24 only has 10mm of pen and not enough explosive mass to overpressure. It does have a turret, but it doesn't have the firepower to back it up. Unless you are facing open tops, it is functionally useless
thats because it wasnt designed to kill tanks but to be used in large quantities and saturate large area to wipe out infantry, AT cannons, AA cannons and maybe APC... same thing happens with panzerwerfer but the latter one has 27mm pen and more or less decent overpressure so you have like 50% chance of destroying something with each rocket
The Magach 3 was a fair fighter at 7.7, I always had success with it there. Getting pushed to 8.0 without any rhyme or reason is just another Gaijin moment in the books

Trust me I have the Panzerwefer (I got a 75% off and I go monkey brain when it comes to sales) and it is literally "What if we made loot box mechanics into a vehicle and then charged 4800 GE for it?" because I have hit armored cars dead on with it and not even given them a flat tire because overpressure in WT is "LOL I'm so random". At least with Panzerknocker if you actually pen something you do damage, Panzerwefer you can hit the weakest POS enemy armored car only for Gaijin to go "nope no overpressure for you LOL". Spookston said it is the only premium he ever asked for a refund on, it is THAT bad.
Yea, if you use the Panzerknocker with a strictly 1.0 (or if you risk it 1.3) br lineup, its pretty good and does really well. In a 2.0br lineup it can still be very useful as a 3rd or 4th spawn, I mostly use it with the other event low tier vehicles for events, useful for an extra spawn and getting more points, especially really late on a game where its mostly SPAAs, very unarmored SPGs and light tanks or reserve tanks.
USA,Germany,Russia,Itali,France all are event or battlepass vechicles. Think you should make video on vechicles that you can buy for GE not on market place.

I noticed that LVT (A) (4) had the 2 machine gunners in back removed to fit the M8 turret. LVT(A) (1) when you shot it over pressured and killed same crew from front as the (A) (4). it just 2 extra machine gunner on back were far enough back so in theory can still do it just be harder due to the 2 extra guys.
IMO The Independent is very good, every game I have played with it I get 7+ kills and take shots like there pebbles as well as rip through all armors as well. Maybe it’s just me but I’ve only had good games with it and was very happy with it
I don't agree with the german pick at all there are worse things than this event Lidice express. Id go with the 2.3 rocket launcher, it's absolutely useless. The sdkfz can grind events, has funky crew placement and for some reason the front can bounce some shots more times then id expected

The Independent WAS designed to be like WW1 tanks because prior to the blitzkrieg and during the interwar period, many nations except for Germany thought another war would be like WW1. I did take the Independent out on a match and although poor, I had fun seeing light tanks panic when I lurched around a corner
What's strange about the Merkava is it wasn't the only one to get the new round, all of the 105 merks did. The only difference between it and the tech tree mk2 is the composite screen.
You can get use out of the Ro-Go even on higher BRs if you learn to use it as a mortar in indirect fire, its main gun HEAT is good, and at longer ranges you simply start hitting roofs; you can even do better than if the Ho-Ro or sturmpanzer 2 because they have higher muzzle velocity, so some maps are too small to do high angle shots.
the AUBL 74 HVG used to kill quite easily when it first got added, did good damage comparable to a 90mm shot. issue is after a bunch of spalling damage model updates the round just started doing nothing.
I dunno the Sd.Kfz. 251/10 is not that bad, it has a fast firing decent gun with good post pen damage, i managed to get a KD ratio of 2,5 with that vehicle in RB
Idk man I just bought the 9035 and I've been having a ton of fun with it. I use it in a 10.3 lineup along with the Strv121, CV90105 and CV9040C. I actually prefer using it over the 9040C because it has better mobility and doesn't need to continuously reload it's first stage ammo but has belts instead. PS: (at the merkava introduction part now) If you can't play a 9.3 vehicle in a 9.7 lineup I REALLY don't know what to tell you, I'm actually amazed.
Bro, the t20 for america is literally worse in every way than the vk3002 (except turret rotation) while being 1.3 whole br lower, its at best an m4a1 76 at 6.3
It has a stabilizer and increased reverse gear compared to the Sherman’s it’s 100% better than all of the 75 Sherman’s and the VK3002 UFP can be penned by the 76mm M62. T20 is extremely good tank.
I think that you would have done a lot better in the LVT if you used the zero feature so you didn’t have to keep guessing the range. Eg it said 550, so put it to 550 and then adjust if it goes over.
I gotta correct you on one aspect of the LVT(A)-4. It actually IS considered an event vehicle. idk which one exactly, but in one of the event challenges of the recent "Jumping General" event, the LVT(A)-4 was definitely in the line-up of vehicles to complete that challenge (might have been the Battle of Iwo Jima or Guam)
80% of all Italys lower br premiums can be considered the worst but the worst one to me is the premium semovente because it's just straight up a downgrade for a unfairly bad vehicle however Italy still has worse to offer lmao

imo Merkava 3 prem is worse than Merkava 2D. At least u can use Ayit with the 2D without good AA being present. And you are more likely to tank a shot.
a correction on the LVT. the TT variant will most of the time still get 1shotted by OP if a HEAT or HE shell hits it. you even showed it. the OP simulation in the hangar is not accurate, and a german HEAT shell hitting the front will almost always get ever single crew member.
Hey, im looking for a fun tank as a soviet main, would you think the T-35 is good? Low tier multi turret ground battleship... Just want to share my opinion about 2D. 9.7 its just a bit overkill for it. But unlike what many people say, I don’t think additional armor is useless. 2D survives much more often than 2th from the research tree. So yea. Its in weird position. Its suck at 10.7 but VERY strong at 8.7 and i understand why snail delisted it. In general its still a good br for casual play. p.s premium super sherman its a worse one. Its just a pain to play and its useless for grind
the m51 is so painful idk how anyone has fun playing it. people will be like "well you don't have to aim for weak spots" wow that's so great now I can shoot anywhere I want and still do no damage

@cbev1249 you clearly were an American, German, or Russian main since you never learned shot placement. Play Britain, the solid shot curse means your aim has to improve to not die, and you'll find yourself oneshotting with heat in no time.
i think the merkava mk2d should go back at 9.3, theres not a big reason of it being on 9.7 going against 10.7 tanks at all. it's very underperforming when it gets an full uptier, it's pretty much a slower TAM with thermals
With the merkava it has less pen than the magach squadron vehicle with the same gun at the same battle rating. If it had that round it would be better.
I think there is no point in criticizing 1.3 vehicles. There is no balance at that BR and people only buy those low tanks for collection reasons as they don't make much money anyway.
The german halftrack compliments collectors for having the infinity gauntlet of 251's. Jk, tho it's useful for 1.3 event german grinds with the Ar 132, 234/1, 234/3, spz 50cm fw. Tho just like the video said.. German did have other better lineups too for that occasion, such as 4.3 t34, jagd(A), Brümbar, Churchill 3, IL2, Bf 110 C7. And 6.7 elefant, spz, tiger H, Lekpz, AR jet, Flak Panther. Overall pick your poison kinda thing when one of the BR was filled with tryhards or one death leavers.
I would say that Finnish Vickers T-26e Englatilainen is a worst Swedish Premium. It is slow, but gun still shakes like crazy. It needs a moment after suddenly stopping to cease to wobble. And side armor can be penetrated by light machine guns. Front Armor i also really bad on an armored car level. Playing it on maps with hills and mountains is really painfull.
Ngl num.9 should be in enlisted over war thunder that thing would work so well as a vehicle in enlisted cuz you ain't fighting things with heat also going against tanks in a head to head is not whats it's designed for as you can tell
Tbh, the 9.7 CV9040B is straight better than CV9035. The 40 got VT shell that shreds air crafts and the APFSDS is better in terms of pen and damage, I usually need only 5-6 shells to kill a tank from the side. The fire rate is also slightly higher on the 40mm. The only meaningful “upside” of the 35 is that it got APHE and a 35round clip, but again the 40mm can replenish ammo without having to empty the clip so you can have a full clip most of the time so the 40B is much superior imo
Why dont you learn how to use sight distancing?? I see so many war thunder content creators doing that goofy aiming up thing, especially when you talk.about how weird the drop is on short barrels, it COMPLETELY removes rhat as a factor. 200m is 200m, 500m is 500m, bind that scroll wheel.
I don’t think the type 69 II a is a bad tank, even with it being a slightly higher BR It might be the worst premium, but it’s far from a bad tank, that’s up to you to decide, but personally I’ve had no major problems with playing the tank and have always enjoyed playing it even in an uptier with my 9.0 preset as a back up Not that it’s your video says it’s a particularly bad tank I just know people will look through the comments first before watching the video.

The cv9035dk is not that bad it need to the proxy rounds it has the module on the muzzle brake supposedly it has radar track as well gaijin hasn’t put on it either I think with it being properly equipped it should be 9.7 but what it is now should be 9.3

Russia also gets the BM-8, a rocket launcher where the rockets get 10mm pen. The chassis is a T-60 I believe, but it sucks.

Those 2 extra machinegunners are safe because there is a bulkhead and the engine separating them from the main compartment.

I think the Independent is good for its BR, it's got some speed, the gun has decent range and decent pen and the reload rate is quick
One good thing about the Katyusha is that you can try prop-masking - camouflaging as a prop.

80% of all Italys lower br premiums can be considered the worst but the worst one to me is the premium semovente because it's just straight up a downgrade for a unfairly bad vehicle however Italy still has worse to offer lmao

In all honesty when i made a line up for china the type 69 2a typically i always brought it up higher br's with my type 96a prototype and type 69 2g so honestly if im bringing that tank its cause ive got no other tanks left
imo Merkava 3 prem is worse than Merkava 2D. At least u can use Ayit with the 2D without good AA being present. And you are more likely to tank a shot.
a correction on the LVT.
the TT variant will most of the time still get 1shotted by OP if a HEAT or HE shell hits it. you even showed it. the OP simulation in the hangar is not accurate, and a german HEAT shell hitting the front will almost always get ever single crew member.
Hey, im looking for a fun tank as a soviet main, would you think the T-35 is good? Low tier multi turret ground battleship... The turret rotation speed of the T69 is way faster than the one on the ZTZ59 tho

Just want to share my opinion about 2D.
9.7 its just a bit overkill for it. But unlike what many people say, I don’t think additional armor is useless. 2D survives much more often than 2th from the research tree.
So yea. Its in weird position. Its suck at 10.7 but VERY strong at 8.7 and i understand why snail delisted it. In general its still a good br for casual play.
p.s premium super sherman its a worse one. Its just a pain to play and its useless for grind
the m51 is so painful idk how anyone has fun playing it. people will be like "well you don't have to aim for weak spots" wow that's so great now I can shoot anywhere I want and still do no damage
@@cbev1249 What??? M-51 is one of my favorite vehicles to play, I one shot most things I hit ( though I usually hit well placed shots) Though I can say sometimes you will hit like a PT76 and just do nothing. But still, one of my favorite and best preforming vehicles
@cbev1249 you clearly were an American, German, or Russian main since you never learned shot placement. Play Britain, the solid shot curse means your aim has to improve to not die, and you'll find yourself oneshotting with heat in no time.

i think the merkava mk2d should go back at 9.3, theres not a big reason of it being on 9.7 going against 10.7 tanks at all.
it's very underperforming when it gets an full uptier, it's pretty much a slower TAM with thermals

With the merkava it has less pen than the magach squadron vehicle with the same gun at the same battle rating. If it had that round it would be better.
I think there is no point in criticizing 1.3 vehicles. There is no balance at that BR and people only buy those low tanks for collection reasons as they don't make much money anyway.
The german halftrack compliments collectors for having the infinity gauntlet of 251's.

I would say that Finnish Vickers T-26e Englatilainen is a worst Swedish Premium. It is slow, but gun still shakes like crazy. It needs a moment after suddenly stopping to cease to wobble. And side armor can be penetrated by light machine guns. Front Armor i also really bad on an armored car level. Playing it on maps with hills and mountains is really painfull.
Ngl num.9 should be in enlisted over war thunder that thing would work so well as a vehicle in enlisted cuz you ain't fighting things with heat also going against tanks in a head to head is not whats it's designed for as you can tell

Tbh, the 9.7 CV9040B is straight better than CV9035. The 40 got VT shell that shreds air crafts and the APFSDS is better in terms of pen and damage, I usually need only 5-6 shells to kill a tank from the side. The fire rate is also slightly higher on the 40mm. The only meaningful “upside” of the 35 is that it got APHE and a 35round clip, but again the 40mm can replenish ammo without having to empty the clip so you can have a full clip most of the time so the 40B is much superior imo

I don’t think the type 69 II a is a bad tank, even with it being a slightly higher BR It might be the worst premium, but it’s far from a bad tank, that’s up to you to decide, but personally I’ve had no major problems with playing the tank and have always enjoyed playing it even in an uptier with my 9.0 preset as a back up

The cv9035dk is not that bad it need to the proxy rounds it has the module on the muzzle brake supposedly it has radar track as well gaijin hasn’t put on it either I think with it being properly equipped it should be 9.7 but what it is now should be 9.3
