Great video, almost resigned to the fact that I'd have to try and source a new RC-25 remote after 22 years. Followed instructions in video, gave the circuit board a thorough clean, volume and on/off button now working perfectly. Thank You
Just recieved my RC25 button kit. Took less than a week to arrive in the UK and less than 15 minutes to fit with youre superb instructions. Amazing product .Saved me a lot of money and the frustration of struggling to turn the volume down lol. Thank you Ben.

I found this video whist searching on eBay for a 2nd hand remote, as my RC20 had stopped working. Took it apart as shown and found that the wire had become detached, exactly as shown at 7.00 in. Soldered back in place and now working perfectly. Thanks so much!
Ben - I purchased the RC-25 Repair Kit for my Bose remote. Great product it was super easy to follow along on this video, pause and then do exactly what you showed and described. Hope I don't ever need another but if I do I will certainly purchase from you.

My Lifestyle 20 has remote RC-20. The buttons do not align to this product. Is there one specific for RC-20 or can I just cut and move the buttons to where I need them?

Just received my repair kit today and got the remote working within 10 minutes. Excellent and easy instructions. Thanks for saving me $$$!!!

I didn't have the membrane but followed the cleaning instructions etc. and now it's working! Thank you!
