250 g cottage cheese
1 cup fresh green peas
1 cup onion ( 2 medium )
11/2 cup tomato ( 3 medium )
2 green chillies
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
1/2 tbsp kitchen king masala ( optional )
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup cashews or melon seeds'
1/3 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup clarified butter
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp caraway seeds
4 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
