Meron lang po akong question in getting the fair value of previously held interest. Is it the fair value on the date of its acquisition or on the date of gaining significant influence? Sa problem 7 po kase, ang given ay Fair Value on January 1, 2020 which is the date of acquisition of 10% interest, so I thought I must compute for the implied fair value... TIA po!

hello sir. kapag po may indication na si investor ay ang largest single sh ni investee, kahit po less than 20% ang ownership niya, consider as may significant influence parin po ba? same computation parin po ba yun?
