Amazing uplifting words Kathleen :) And, as an aside, we all know what crazy synchronicities we get on this journey. So I was out walking the other day and a dog went past me. It's owner then shouted after it "Hey Meraki!!"

I woke up this morning and had the feeling that "this is being fixed" (my twin flame things). Like there had been some communication during my sleep in the subconscious or somewhere else that I couldn't remember. I didn't know, it was just a feeling. And so I try to hold on to that feeling, because i think that is the truth. It was what I felt before the ego could intervene. So I think that could be a method, to hold on to the feeling you have in the morning. Because the higher self doesn't sleep, but the ego does.
Great insights, just make sure you are holding onto the frequency of it, not the physical manifestation because then you are attached and attachment creates expectations.

I accept my higher mind, my truth, my heart and I believe we are designed to be together. What I don’t trust is that this person will ever protect, treat and love me the way I deserve. Especially after a decade of mistreatment. It’s not intentional from him but it’s the way it is.
Because this is a belief you are manifesting that. Go deeper and release that pattern as they can only mirror whats going on inside your subconscious 🥰

Yes true I’ve learned manifesting in general implies lack, we don’t need to manifest as it’s already done …I guess more like allowing. All this running around “manifesting” is kinda funny now lol I like your term,,,rock in,,,we do cause the separation with not trusting and seeing it/them as separate and grasping for them but actually they are already within us as is everything else is as well

I understand that I’m causing the separation on some level but what I’ve been doing in the last 3 years is trying to transmute it (to use your word) and clearly it’s still not working. I need to look at your resources I guess. But what I’ve been doing is the mirror exercise. What do you teach to transmute it?

What if the physical 3D twin communicates telepathically that “he is his higher self and he’s not leaving his karmic”. Do I “believe” that?
Ignore it and keep focusing on yourself xx

If you want to judge it that way, sure. When you see the 3D as a landscape of duality based learning you will resonate that it’s well beyond the “humanity” we believe that is playing out.
It’s been so difficult to believe in my power when battling health issues but I know it’s all an illusion that I can surpass. I know I can truly manifest through sickness/health it’s all in my mind 🥹💯🙏🏾
I keep going in and out of 3D/4D consciousness but I’m ready for 5D consciousness and above 🥰 self love
You will shift further along and it will all start to make sense ❤️
