long to short: on the side with the spring (when you stand in front of the printer on the left side) gently remove the cap, maybe also remove the spring. then fill it up. still don't know why it has to be so complicated.

hello there. do you happen to know why the toner has a massive spillage when i took it out from printer. toner seems to continue spilling when i shake it.
Why the hell are you "shaking" the toner... of course it will spill. You're not even supposed to touch it once placed unless you get a paper jam.
either the waste toner is not going to the waste toner tank or blockage or may be cleaning blade problem
