Very thankful for this as it calms my overthinking brain as I sleep. Not that I have anxiety at night (sometimes, of course) but I have such a busy mind that it keeps me up at times! Thinking of consulting someone about getting medicines to help me with it since as much as a busy brain is helpful at times, it also makes it so hard for me to sleep and focus on important things at times. These rain sounds are so helpful to calm my thoughts just enough for me to be asleep within about 30 minutes or less 💖💖.
