Excellent radio for the price ! I bought one of this for my daughter’s Honda Element , couldn’t be happier after tried two different radios, both with a poor s/n ratio , making noisier the noisy crappy amp the vehicle has from factory, this Pioneer radio has the amazing s/n 91 db , the higher the better 👍💪

How does the microphone work?? I can answer the call through my steering wheel but the ppl don't hear me ... I can't even push the Bluetooth on the main screen it won't let me
What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? If you have the Pioneer DMH-100BT, the Bluetooth microphone is built into the receiver and can be seen at the top of the hard key panel.
The first step to making a Bluetooth hands free phone call is to connect your phone through Bluetooth. You’ll need to engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake in an ON-OFF-ON operation in order to access the Bluetooth setup menu. This might also be known as the Hand Brake or the Emergency Brake. If you engage the vehicle’s Parking Brake and still can’t access the Bluetooth menu, the in-dash receiver’s Green Parking Brake Wire may have an incorrect connection to vehicle. I just got a 2004 Yukon with this radio installed, instead of direct connect they installed it to the fuse box, is it normal? does this radio use up that much voltage?
The Pioneer DMH-100BT operates on 12 volts DC just like every other Pioneer in-dash receiver. It's fused at 10 amps. There is a 10 amp fuse installed in the back of the receiver at the wire harness connection.

Please recheck the model number. Do you mean AVH-G225BT?
If so I'm not aware of a way to screen mirror on Pioneer AVH-G225BT.
This receiver has an Audio and Video AUX input that can be used to send a video signal to the in-cash receiver.

Can you change Tha volume buttons color ?
I'm not aware of a way to change the hard key button colors on the Pioneer DMH-100BT. You can change the screen theme colors as shown in this How To video from Pioneer: th-cam.com/video/W_MA8tV17QA/w-d-xo.html

Would have been cool if it actually worked with my steering wheel controls not after market ones
The Pioneer DMH-100BT works with most factory steering wheel controls. That very likely includes the steering wheel controls in your vehicle. This requires the use of a 3rd party steering wheel control adapter. Many are available. Here is one possibility: metraonline.com/part/AXSWC

Please be sure your phone is not connected to another device like a headset or a portable speaker when you pair your phone with the in-dash receiver. This can block the in-dash receiver from connecting.
From this point forward, each time you start your vehicle, the phone and in-dash receiver should automatically find one another and connect.

I got this unit installed and the dealer trying to charge me extra to add my 5th speaker, a stock subwoofer. is this normal? or is he trying to get over??

I'm not there to observe your specific installation, so it's difficult for me to be the judge of any install work.
Hooking up an existing factory subwoofer to the new in-dash receiver will require the installer to, at a minimum , run wires from the in-dash receiver to the subwoofer location. If the subwoofer is in the back of the vehicle, these wires may need to be installed under the vehicle's floor carpeting from the front of the vehicle to the back. That alone may take enough time to require an additional installation hourly charges.
If additional wires or adapters are required to make the factory subwoofer work with the new receiver, that may require additional charges.

Doesn't look like it has a connection for Sirrus/Xm radio?
