Not for Roamers, though. They will match instantly. Yep, there is a big difference in numbers between roles. Even Moonton acknowledges it.
Different dialogues fitting the theme would be cool! For example, instead of saying 'mystic magic is soo wonderful,' he could say 'cybernetics is soo wonderful'. Just my opinion :)
