This week we focus on getting into the challenge and testing your baseline. That means every time when you practice, try to feel what your weaknesses are, take extra time to work on them as you need:) Where are you in your splits now?😎
Thanks so much! I like the kicks and other moving stretches. I do a lot of holding stretches but I definitely needed more engaging stretches. So happy to follow along 🤗
Thanks for the helpful video! I wish there was a voice telling me when to change positions, that way I could focus on the stretches and exercises instead of watching my tiny phone screen. Because of that, I’ll seek out other videos that are easier to follow along with. But if I don’t find any as good as yours, I’ll be back :)
Thanks for this feedback! I feel the same now looking back. What I can do is including your suggestions in the future video! just have to think what to stretch next hahah! maybe back bend!
I loooved this, thank you!! 😊 I'll try to do the workouts 1x-2x per week and I'm curious to see how far I'll come. Right now, I am around 10 cm off the ground on both sides. And a small suggestion: Could you maybe include a gentle sound when switching sides or moving into the next position? This accidentally extended to a 27 min stretch as I missed it so much 😂
I do the same too! sometimes i end up stretching longer than I planned haha! I added audio cues in the next one, hope that will help. Thanks for the suggestions!
Few days ago, I almost reached the floor, but ever since I am becoming progressively worse. I don't feel any pain but I'm quite sore. I tried to rest for a day but it didn't help.
That's ok! I also felt that it goes back and forth. If you still feel the soreness I would rest for a few more days. We have years ahead these aren't skills that can be/should be achieved by rushing. You will get it soon I am sure!
I did splits stretches everyday for an hour for 3 months, turns out that was too much 😅 think I strained my hamstring and had to do physio. ~3 times/week guys don't strain your muscles like me 🥺🥲
7 days sounds like way too much! 3-4 times per week may already be enough. Rest is important too. So I would repeat Week 1 3-4 times in 7 days, depends how your body feels. then do the same for Week 2,3,4, then you would be at the end of this challenge! I have got to do it again soon too haha!
Excellent eyes! This is the best one I have ever had, used it daily for 2 years now and it still works really like new (I have crazy cats too!) This is it: pogamat.com/collections/exercise-mats/products/8-x-4-x-1-4-exercise-mat?sca_ref=338979.6mwVq6N8qm

The warm up is so great! I love it! Thank you beautiful!!!!!
Can't wait to see you progress!
I have SUPER tight hamstrings/calves, so I'm excited to limber up and get closer to doing the splits!
Be sure to take more time to stretch out your calves and hamstrings so they wont become a bottleneck in achieving your splits.
This is AWSOME!! I’ve always wanted to do the splits I can’t wait to try this :)
You can do it!! You will be closer to your goals after this 4 weeks!

Yes! Rest is super important. cant rush into it. I made the same mistake before and now every solid rest actually helps me progress more than pushing
Sorry, hope you are healing well!
Third time ! ... not there yet 😅😅😅🤣😂
Jaaaa! how are you feeling so far?
@@aerialpractice feeling that i may be capable one day ! My pigeon is better 😂
Will we do this 7 days for the first week and then challenge 2 for one week again?
