    Hello again, model maniacs! I am back with what was possibly one of the most complex model kit builds of my entire life. Today I present to you all, a Zvezda T90 Main Battle Tank (MBT) in 1/35th scale which I chose to be in Russian service during the 1990's.
    In this Zvezda T90 model kit you are given a very nice offering, with beautifully molded parts that fit very well...however, there are a LOT of parts and if you aren't ready to commit to several hours of work per day, this is probably not for you.
    The T90 has always been one of my favorite MBT's and I am glad I was finally able to build beautiful Russian Armored Vehicle.

    Done a good job mate! I know zveda have alot of work to put in to them cleaning up sprue tabs and dreadful seamlines that stick.ojt like a sore thumb lol! I know a few people are having these experiences we'll call them with these kits but it brings out the modeler in you !

    Tamiya cancer paste lmao. I know this is an old video but better late than never. Looks great. I've always wondered about the quality of Zvezda kits but from what I see it looks pretty good. No way I'd deal with the two piece barrel, just don't have the patience anymore for those. I'm guessing this thing also needs a PE detail set ie; grills etc. Nice work.

    I generally like fiddly parts on models but holy heck nothing drives me crazy quite like trying to assemble those damn machine guns xD
    Also, you hate *those* guide horns, stay away from the Meng ZTZ-96 - plastic guide horns in vinyl track. I eventually just left half of them off and hid them under side skirts

    Where can I get such a thin glue

    • @JBookieScaleModels
      @JBookieScaleModels  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Any model shop should carry Tamiya thin glues… they are the gold standard in bonding parts.

  • @tyler_bt3326

    It’s a late comment, but wow this is an over-engineered kit. See I don’t mind that, I don’t have a lot of time on my hands and I’m not bothered about the size of my collection. So a kit this complex would keep me occupied for months and that’s fine by me. But I can understand why the amount of details would be frustrating for some

  • @MaxOptima
    @MaxOptima 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    More glue to the glue god! Models from Zvezda (at least from 2017-2018) do not require that much glue during assembly.

  • @EMTBAFV
    @EMTBAFV 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    How was this kit from Zveda? Iv done a couple it really gives you a challenge of cleaning every single last peice on there kits! There scout car must have been the worst kit iv ever come across and built nothing lined up either it took alot of work! The detail is there and came out nice but for cheaper kits these really ain't for the beginner modeller! When I first started out I never had a clue about flash n seamlines n cleaning up haha! So I can only imagine what my scout car would have been like if none of that extra time spent wasn't done and just glued together god haha don't bare thinking about!! Hahaha! I'll never buy another one of there kits that I can say!
    This kit looks abit better, get what you pay for I suppose but I wouldn't recommend there kits to anyone ! There enuff to put you off if just starting out I feel! How was your experience with Zveda kits?
