nearly similer to what Saba had said, it was a tactical decision by the Gandhi family to leave Amethi for the family Loyalist and Raibrely for Rahul. Because, please note, if Rahul wins from Raibarelly as well as from wayanad, which I am sure he will, he will retain wayanad, and vacate Raibarelly which then will be contested by Priyanka.
Please note it,Rahul is testing Raibrelly for Priyanka. If he loses Raibrelly, a remote possibility, Priynka will not contest at all.
